Rewards FAQs
How do I redeem my reward points?
You can redeem points from the button during checkout. 100 points = $1.00. Redemption amounts start at $5 and increase by specific increments from there up to $250. Only one reward can be redeemed at a time. Available redemption amounts may vary during promotions.
How do I add my birthday to earn the bonus?
If you navigate to your account under "rewards" you will see an option to update your birthday under "earn points".
Do I earn points on gift cards?
No. Gift cards are excluded from both earning points as a payment method and as an item being purchased. Points are earned on the final total paied, after discounts and gift cards. Points are not earned on purchases of gift cards.
What happens to my points if I cancel my membership?
Unfortuntaly, points are only available for active members. If your Membership is canceled your points will be removed and you will no longer be able to earn or redeem points.
